Czeslaw Milosz was twentieth century poet, originally from Poland, who has an amazingly beautiful body of work.  No walk in the autumn woods is more graciously described than in his poem, “Autumn”, which can be found in his comprehensive anthology, “New and Collected Poems 1931-2001”.
